Role Summary
We are hiring an IT Manager responsible for managing infrastructure, developer environments, access controls, security practices, and CI/CD workflows.
This is a hands-on role responsible for ensuring the company’s systems operate securely, efficiently, and without friction for engineering and product teams.
You will build and maintain the operational backbone that supports a growing SaaS organization.
What You Will Own
Infrastructure
- Manage cloud environments across AWS and Azure.
- Maintain Kubernetes environments supporting development and deployment.
- Ensure reliable access to development and production systems.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and system availability including uptime guarantee.
CI/CD and Engineering Workflows
- Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Maintain and improve automation across build and release processes.
- Ensure engineering environments are stable and reproducible.
Security and Access Control
- Manage identity and access control across systems (Entra ID, O365, internal platforms).
- Enforce security best practices for systems, environments, and tooling.
- Implement policies for credential management and secure access.
Systems and Tooling
- Maintain tools and integrations required for daily operations.
- Support engineering and product teams with reliable environments.
- Manage integrations with external platforms and services.
Device and Endpoint Management
- Oversee provisioning and security of employee devices.
- Intune, Defender and Purview expertise in configuring and setting up.
- Manage endpoint security policies and device lifecycle management.
- Ensure systems remain secure as the team scales.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in IT, DevOps, or infrastructure roles.
- Experience managing cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
- Expertise with Kubernetes environments.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Experience implementing identity and access management systems.
- Strong understanding and enforcement of infrastructure security practices.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience supporting engineering teams in SaaS organizations.
- Experience managing developer platforms and environments.
- Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks or compliance requirements.
- Experience working in fast-growing technology companies.
