We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage our organization’s overall IT strategy, infrastructure, and security operations. This role is critical to ensuring the availability, integrity, scalability, and security of our technology landscape while aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.

- Lead end‑to‑end IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, cloud environments, and endpoint security platforms (JAMF and other device management tools)
- Administer and maintain core enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and domain services
- Manage server deployment, upgrades, maintenance, and capacity planning for new and ongoing projects
- Oversee cloud operations, including cloud agent management and optimization of cloud resources
- Implement and manage enterprise security solutions, including firewalls (SonicWall, Sophos, FortiGate) and antivirus platforms (Sophos, McAfee, Symantec)
- Ensure robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies for critical systems and data
- Own IT audit, risk, and compliance processes in line with regulatory and organizational standards
- Manage IT service delivery using platforms such as ServiceNow and CA, covering incidents, change requests, service requests, and asset management
- Participate in SOC operations, monitoring, investigating, and responding to security alerts and incidents
- Lead and mentor IT team members, driving operational excellence and continuous skill development
- Plan and manage IT budgets, focusing on cost optimization, provisioning, and resource allocation
- Drive procurement decisions for hardware, software, and technology assets
- Define and enforce IT policies, processes, and best practices to enhance efficiency and security posture
