We are looking for an experienced IT Manager – to lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise-scale digital solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in backend systems, frontend technologies, solution architecture, API integrations, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end application delivery while ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, and delivery of web and mobile applications.
* Define scalable application architecture and technical solutions for enterprise platforms.
* Manage end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
* Design backend architecture, database structures, microservices, and API frameworks.
* Review frontend architecture, UI implementation, and overall application performance.
* Drive system integrations with ERP, payment gateways, OMS, CRM, WMS, third-party APIs, and other enterprise applications.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Ensure application security, scalability, availability, and performance optimization.
* Review code quality, architecture, and development best practices.
* Manage cross-functional teams consisting of backend developers, frontend developers, mobile developers, QA engineers, and DevOps engineers.
* Plan project timelines, allocate resources, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
* Monitor production applications and lead incident resolution and continuous improvements.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Java, PHP, .NET, Node.js, or similar.
* Good understanding of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js.
* Experience in solution architecture and enterprise application design.
* Strong understanding of REST APIs, Microservices, API Gateway, and system integrations.
* Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
* Understanding of containerization and DevOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
* Experience in performance tuning, security, caching, and scalability.
* Knowledge of Git, Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with SAP integrations is highly preferred.
* Experience in Mobility and eCommerce applications is an added advantage.
* Exposure to enterprise integrations using middleware or integration platforms.
* Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 5–10 years of experience in software development, architecture, and application delivery.
* At least 2–3 years of experience leading technical teams and managing projects.
