🎯 Job Summary
The IT Manager will be responsible for managing cloud telephony systems, IT asset lifecycle, procurement, system administration, and overall IT infrastructure support within the organization.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
☁️ 1. Cloud Telephony Management
Setup and manage Cloud Telephony systems
IVR configuration and optimization
Call routing & workflow automation
Dashboard management & reporting
User creation, access control & call analytics
CRM integration with telephony systems
📦 2. IT Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain accurate IT inventory logs
Track asset allocation, returns & maintenance
Manage asset lifecycle (procurement → deployment → disposal)
Maintain asset records using Google Sheets & ITAM tools
Conduct periodic audits
🛒 3. Procurement & Vendor Management
Identify vendors & negotiate pricing
Compare quotations & finalize purchases within budget
Purchase IT hardware, software licenses & subscriptions
Maintain AMC & warranty records
🖥 4. System Administration
Install, configure & maintain:
Desktops, Laptops, Workstations
Routers, Switches, Firewalls
Printers & Biometric Devices
Manage Windows/Linux systems
Troubleshoot network & hardware issues
Manage backups & data security
Ensure antivirus & endpoint security compliance
