IT Manager – Infrastructure & IT Operations
📍 Mumbai (Lower Parel) | Travel: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai | 🕒 10–12 Years | 💼 Full-time
Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Manager to lead IT infrastructure and service desk operations for our Mumbai offices. The role requires strong experience in managing IT environments for (200–400 employees), along with team leadership and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure (networks, systems, hardware, software)
- Oversee IT service desk operations ensuring timely issue resolution and SLA adherence
- Lead and manage a team of 5–8 IT executives
- Ensure system security, data protection, and backup protocols
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and IT asset lifecycle
- Maintain network uptime, performance, and scalability
- Drive process improvements and standardization across IT operations
Requirements
✅ 10–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations
✅ Experience working with startups / digital agencies / fast-paced organizations
✅ Hands-on experience managing IT setups for 200–400 employees
✅ Proven experience handling IT service desk and support functions
✅ Strong knowledge of networking, systems, cloud, and security practices
✅ Experience managing and mentoring teams (5–8 members)
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✅ Open to travel within Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
Educational Qualification
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (IT / Computer Science / Electronics or related field)
Preferred Certifications
➕ ITIL Certification (Foundation or above)
➕ Microsoft Certified (Azure / M365) or equivalent
➕ Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or relevant networking certifications
➕ Any Information Security certifications (ISO 27001, CompTIA Security+, etc.)
