The IT Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the complete IT ecosystem of the Group. This includes IT infrastructure, enterprise networking, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, cloud services, ERP implementation, HRMS, website, intranet, business applications, vendor management, and user support across all business locations.
The role requires a strategic thinker who can build systems from the ground up while ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Transformation
* Develop and execute the Group’s IT roadmap.
* Lead digital transformation initiatives across all business functions.
* Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
ERP Implementation
* Lead end-to-end ERP selection and implementation.
* Coordinate with functional heads to map business processes.
* Ensure successful implementation across Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Distribution, Quality, HR, Payroll and CRM.
* Drive user adoption and continuous improvement.
IT Infrastructure
* Design and manage enterprise-grade IT infrastructure.
* Set up and maintain servers (physical/cloud).
* Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and internet connectivity.
* Ensure business continuity and high uptime across all locations.
Microsoft 365 & Email
* Manage Microsoft 365 environment.
* Outlook administration.
* Azure Active Directory.
* Identity & Access Management.
* Collaboration tools including Teams and SharePoint.
Network & Cyber Security
* Firewall management.
* Endpoint protection.
* Email security.
* Multi-factor authentication.
* Vulnerability assessment.
* Security monitoring.
* Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning.
* Backup strategy and restoration testing.
Manufacturing IT
* Support manufacturing systems and plant automation.
* Coordinate integration between ERP and production systems.
* Barcode and warehouse automation.
* Production reporting dashboards.
Business Applications
* HRMS implementation.
* Intranet development.
* Attendance and Payroll integration.
* Accounting software integration.
* CRM implementation.
* Website management.
* Vendor portal and employee self-service initiatives.
IT Operations
* Manage helpdesk and user support.
* Maintain IT assets and licenses.
* Standardize hardware procurement.
* SLA management.
* Preventive maintenance.
* Documentation and SOP creation.
Vendor Management
* Manage relationships with technology partners.
* Evaluate new technologies.
* Negotiate contracts and annual maintenance agreements.
* Ensure timely project delivery.
Compliance & Governance
* Establish IT policies and SOPs.
* Software license compliance.
* Information security standards.
* Audit readiness.
* Data privacy and access controls.
Team Leadership
* Build and lead the IT team.
* Mentor internal resources.
* Coordinate with external consultants and implementation partners.
* Drive a culture of innovation and accountability.

* B.Tech / BE (Computer Science / IT) or MCA.

* Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Fortinet, Azure, AWS, ITIL, PMP, or Cyber Security certifications will be preferred.

* 8–15 years of relevant experience.
* Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Processing or Process Industry is highly preferred.
* Proven experience in ERP implementation from planning to go-live.
* Experience managing multi-location operations.

Compensation
CTC: ₹18–35 LPA (depending on experience and expertise).
For exceptional candidates with strong ERP implementation experience in large manufacturing organizations, compensation may be considered beyond this range.
