Job Title: IT Junior Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Junior Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and providing technical support to all departments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Support

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to employees.

Respond to and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

Train staff new software and hardware as necessary.

2. Asset Management

Oversee the tracking, maintenance, and lifecycle control of all IT hardware

to ensure accuracy, accountability, and efficient use of company resources.

3. IT Projects

Assist in planning and implementing IT projects and upgrades.

Collaborate with other departments to understand and address their IT needs.

Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

4. Vendor Management:

Liaise with IT vendors to procure hardware, software, and services. Evaluate vendor performance, manage contracts, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Qualifications

1-2 Years experience in IT Desktop Support

Degree in Information Technology or Relevant Experience
