About the Role:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Inside Sales Intern who is eager to learn sales strategies, client handling, and lead conversion processes. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Maintain and update CRM data regularly
- Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings
- Understand client requirements and explain company services
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Prepare basic sales reports and track performance
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Confident, target-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Comfortable with calling and client interaction
- Immediate joiners preferred
