As part of Evident, this team is now advancing to the next level of autonomy—moving from autonomous imaging to intelligent imaging, where scanners, data systems, and user interfaces are self-aware, adaptive, and capable of real-time AI inference at the edge.
We are seeking a Senior UI Designer who is passionate about crafting intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable digital experiences. You will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of our products, ensuring consistency, usability, and high design standards across all user touchpoints.
Roles & Responsibilities
- 7–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management with strong hands-on expertise
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure operations across on-prem and cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Okta, JumpCloud, CrowdStrike, Jira, and JSM (ServiceNow exposure is a plus)
- Manage AWS Dev and Prod environments, including resource provisioning and access for development teams
- Administer Okta and JumpCloud for identity and access management (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle)
- Oversee endpoint management for Mac and Windows, ensuring security via CrowdStrike and JumpCloud
- Manage and administer firewalls (SonicWall, Fortinet), including configuration, policy management, VPNs, and threat prevention.
- Manage and optimize network infrastructure (Aruba 515 WiFi, Aruba switches) for secure and reliable connectivity
- Support and maintain enterprise tools Jira, JSM, Bitbucket, including access control and integrations
- Handle SaaS license management, ensuring timely renewals and optimal utilization
- Monitor infrastructure and security events; lead incident response, RCA, and remediation
- Implement security controls, patching, and vulnerability management aligned with best practices
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, support, and SLA management
- Collaborate with Global IT teams for ITSM alignment and operational consistency
- Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement in infrastructure, security, and service delivery
