Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad for an IT Infrastructure Support & Operations Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support to ensure seamless business operations, conducting regular network and system troubleshooting, and implementing robust security measures. The role involves collaborating with various departments to optimize IT services and enhance system performance.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding and experience in Network Administration and Network Security
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Comprehensive knowledge of Information Technology systems, including hardware and software management
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are a plus
- Prior experience in a similar IT support or network management role is desirable
