We’re looking for a hands-on ServiceNow ITOM expert to lead and transform enterprise monitoring using Event Management.
If you’ve built (not just supported) monitoring solutions and want to drive a large-scale transformation, this is your role.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end IT Infrastructure Monitoring & Event Management
- Own ServiceNow ITOM (Event Management) platform
- Design alert ingestion, correlation, and noise reduction
- Drive migration from legacy tools → ServiceNow
- Integrate tools like SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, SCOM
- Build dashboards, automate alert-to-incident workflows
- Lead team, stakeholders, and vendors for continuous improvement
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM – Event Management (MANDATORY)
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, MID Server
- Proven track record in implementation (not just support)
- Integration experience with monitoring tools
- Certification: CSA (minimum) | CIS-ITOM/Event Mgmt preferred
Not a Fit If
- Only ITSM / ticketing / support experience
- No real implementation exposure in ITOM
