We are looking for a dynamic IT Infrastructure professional to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about managing, securing, and scaling IT environments, we’d love to connect with you!
Responsibilities
🔹Own end‑to‑end office IT infrastructure including networks, Wi‑Fi, endpoints, peripherals, and telephony
🔹 Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, firewalls, VPNs, and network equipment
🔹 Support AWS cloud operations in coordination with cloud support teams
🔹 Manage IP telephony systems (VoIP, PBX, SIP, IP phones)
🔹 Own user access lifecycle (provisioning, de‑provisioning, access reviews, Active Directory)
🔹 Work closely with vendors across hardware, software, telecom, and cloud services
🔹 Maintain IT documentation (network diagrams, asset inventory, access matrices)
🔹 Support audits, security controls, patching, backups, and endpoint security
🔹 Ensure compliance with IT security policies and regulatory requirements
Must Have
🔸Strong hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure and networking
🔸Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
🔸Experience with Windows & Linux administration and Active Directory
🔸Working knowledge of AWS (IAM, networking, core services)
🔸Hands‑on experience with endpoint security and IP telephony systems
🔸Experience working with ticketing tools and external vendors
🔸Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
