Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Infrastructure Installation & Commissioning Engineer located in Gurgaon. The role involves installing, configuring, and supporting IT infrastructure, including hardware and software systems. Responsibilities include network administration, ensuring network security, performing troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, and providing technical support to internal teams and clients. The role also entails coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless implementation of IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Network Administration
- Knowledge of Network Security protocols and best practices
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with IT infrastructure installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical issues
- Adaptability and a willingness to work in an on-site environment in Gurgaon
