Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on System Administrator who can manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and business applications.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of systems, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and proactively solve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments
- Configure and administer Active Directory (ADDS)
- Set up and manage VPN connections
- Handle network infrastructure (IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP basics)
- Manage and support Zoho applications (Zoho One / CRM / Mail / Books)
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Ensure data backup and system security practices
- Provide technical support to internal teams
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software maintenance
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server & Active Directory
- Hands-on experience in Networking (IP configuration, DNS, DHCP, firewall basics)
- Experience with VPN setup and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of Zoho ecosystem
- Basic understanding of IT security and data protection
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT/System Administration
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities end-to-end
