Key Responsibilities
● Provide L2/L3 desktop support for end users across multiple locations
● Manage and support Windows, macOS, and Linux systems
● Handle mobile device support including Android and iPhone (iOS) devices
● Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals
● Manage user accounts, access control, and permissions (AD / LDAP)
● Support email systems, collaboration tools, and endpoint applications
● Perform OS installations, patching, and upgrades across devices
● Troubleshoot network-related issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) for end users
● Manage IT assets, inventory, and documentation
● Ensure compliance with IT security policies and endpoint protection
● Coordinate with vendors for hardware support and warranty services
● Support remote users and ensure smooth IT operations
● Participate in IT operations, incident management, and service requests
● Travel to branch locations for on-site support, troubleshooting, and deployments
as required
Must Skills:
● Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in IT or related field
● 5–6 years of experience in Desktop Support and IT Operations
Experience with Zoho Mail Collaboration or Zoho Workplace
● Strong knowledge of multi-OS and mobile device environments
● Willingness to travel as per business requirements
● Good communication and user-handling skills.
