Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available enterprise infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise across Windows and Linux server platforms, virtualization technologies, hyperconverged infrastructure, endpoint management, and enterprise backup solutions. This role requires strong architectural thinking, hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to align infrastructure strategy with business and operational goals.

Additional Details:

• Work Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
• Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
• Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (aligned with US EST time zone)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end infrastructure solutions across on-prem and hybrid environments
• Lead architecture and optimization of Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure (supporting multiple production clusters)
• Design, deploy, and maintain VMware virtualization environments
• Architect and support Windows Server and Linux Server environments ensuring performance, availability, and security
• Define standards for desktop and laptop infrastructure, including endpoint lifecycle management
• Support and enhance mobile device management strategy (Microsoft Intune or equivalent)
• Architect and manage enterprise backup and recovery solutions (Commvault preferred)
• Ensure infrastructure designs meet security, compliance, and disaster recovery requirements
• Collaborate with application, security, and operations teams
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and architectural governance

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an Infrastructure Architect or Senior Infrastructure Engineer
• Strong expertise in Nutanix, VMware, Windows Server, and Linux
• Hands-on experience with enterprise backup solutions (Commvault or similar)
• Experience with endpoint/device management tools (Intune or equivalent)
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
