IT infrastructure and security engineer
Experience: 3-6 years

Timings: 2-5 PM
Our primary requirement is strong hands-on experience in hardening and securing network and server infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring system security, uptime, and compliance.
Core Responsibilities:
• Harden and secure entire network infrastructure (servers, firewalls, endpoints, VPNs)
• Administer Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 with a strong focus on security configuration
• Manage SQL Server and IIS environments securely
• Configure, manage, and secure Sophos firewall (policies, VPN, access rules, threat protection)
• Maintain LAN/WAN/VPN networks with proper access control and monitoring
• Implement patch management, vulnerability remediation, and security best practices
• Support Windows 8, 10, and 11 (Home/Pro) workstations with endpoint security controls
• Monitor logs, perform root cause analysis, and proactively prevent threats
• Manage backups, upgrades, and disaster recovery readiness
Required Experience:
• 3–6 years of hands-on infrastructure and network security experience
• Proven experience in system hardening and security implementation
• Strong expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022/2025
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and IIS administration
• Hands-on experience managing Sophos firewall environments
• Strong understanding of network security, access controls, and threat mitigation
