Job Title: IT Infrastructure Account Manager
Experience: 8–12 Years
Salary: ₹8–10 LPA
Locations: Bangalore – WFO, Mumbai – WFH, Delhi – WFH, Manipur – WFH
Important: Candidate must be open to frequent travel across regions as per business/client requirements.
We are hiring an experienced IT Infrastructure Account Manager to manage client accounts across IT infrastructure services, including data centre, network, cloud, security, managed services, SLA governance, and service delivery.
The candidate will act as the key SPOC between clients and internal technical teams, ensuring smooth operations, customer satisfaction, SLA adherence, escalation management, and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage enterprise client accounts for IT infrastructure / managed services.
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, including uptime, availability, MTTR, response time, and resolution time.
Handle governance meetings, MIS reports, dashboards, service reviews, and CSAT improvement.
Coordinate with internal technical teams, OEMs, vendors, and third-party service providers.
Manage critical incidents, escalations, RCA, change requests, and service improvement plans.
Support account growth through renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and commercial coordination.
Maintain documentation like SLAs, SOPs, audit reports, dashboards, and compliance records.
Required Skills
8–12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / Managed Services / Account Management
Strong understanding of servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, and security
Experience with SLA management, ITIL processes, incident/problem/change management
Knowledge of tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix
Strong client handling, stakeholder management, escalation management, and reporting skills
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills
