Role: IT Infrastructure Engineer
Role Overview
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer with 4–6 years of experience to manage and strengthen our modern workplace infrastructure. The role will focus on Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, identity and access management, security and compliance implementation, and automation-driven IT operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience implementing enterprise-grade endpoint management, security, governance, and compliance controls within Microsoft environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services including identity, collaboration, endpoint management, security, and governance platforms.
- Manage user lifecycle operations including onboarding, offboarding, access management, email provisioning, license management, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups.
- Manage and secure Windows and macOS endpoints through centralized endpoint management solutions.
- Implement and manage enterprise-grade identity, endpoint security, compliance, governance, and data protection controls across the organization (such as MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, endpoint compliance, security baselines, and device governance).
- Build and maintain automation-driven IT workflows for onboarding, offboarding, reporting, compliance checks, access governance, and operational tasks using scripting and Microsoft automation capabilities.
- Configure monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and reporting for endpoint compliance, security posture, operational governance, and audit visibility.
- Support implementation and maintenance of security controls aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and internal compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, HR, and leadership teams to improve IT operations, governance, and security posture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, endpoint, identity, access, and Microsoft 365 related issues.
- Document infrastructure, policies, operational procedures, and security controls to support audit readiness and operational excellence.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure, Microsoft 365 Administration, Endpoint Management, or Enterprise IT Operations.
- Strong experience with Microsoft ecosystem technologies including identity management, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, security, and governance solutions.
- Experience implementing enterprise-grade endpoint management, compliance, governance, and security controls in production environments.
- Good understanding of modern workplace management, endpoint security, identity and access management, compliance frameworks, and governance best practices.
- Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, workflow automation, and automation-driven IT operations.
- Experience supporting SOC 2 and ISO 27001 aligned environments.
- Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, ownership, documentation, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with enterprise monitoring, SIEM, endpoint analytics, workflow automation, and modern device provisioning solutions.
- Exposure to AI-assisted IT operations and workflow optimization.
- Experience working in startup or lean IT environments.
