Job Title: IT Helpdesk Executive / IT Support Executive
Location: HIIMS JeenaSikho Hospital – Meerut
Department: IT Support
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Helpdesk Executive to provide technical support and ensure the smooth functioning of hospital IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support
- Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and upgrade systems and applications.
Hospital Systems Support
- Support HMS, EMR/EHR, billing, and lab systems.
- Assist doctors, nurses, and staff with technical issues and system access.
- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD/IPD processes.
Network & Connectivity
- Monitor LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and resolve network issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support and maintenance.
- Ensure minimal downtime of IT services.
Data Security
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital data.
- Support antivirus updates, backups, and IT security policies.
Helpdesk Management
- Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets.
- Maintain proper documentation and issue records.
Maintenance & Inventory
- Perform routine system maintenance.
- Manage IT asset inventory and vendor coordination.

Qualification:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
Experience:
- 1–3 Years of experience in IT Support
- Hospital experience preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Active Directory Knowledge
- Basic Server Management
- IT Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+)
- NABH Hospital Experience
Working Conditions:
- Shift-based role
- On-call support may be required
