Job Title: IT Helpdesk Coordinator – Health Vertical
Location: Head Office DR Building – HIIMS JeenaSikho

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Helpdesk Coordinator to manage and coordinate IT support operations across multiple hospital units under the health vertical, ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Helpdesk Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact for IT support requests.
- Monitor and track IT tickets across all locations.
- Ensure SLA-based issue resolution and escalate critical issues when required.
Multi-Location IT Support
- Coordinate IT support activities for multiple hospitals.
- Follow up with on-site IT teams and ensure standard IT practices.
System Support
- Support HMS, EMR/EHR, billing, and hospital systems.
- Provide remote support to users and ensure system uptime.
Network Coordination
- Monitor network and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with vendors to minimize downtime.
Data Security
- Ensure compliance with data protection and IT security policies.
- Support backups, antivirus updates, and system security measures.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain IT logs, reports, and issue documentation.
- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports.
Vendor & Asset Coordination
- Coordinate AMC, procurement, and vendor activities.
- Track IT assets and manage inventory records.

Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma in IT or related field
Experience:
- 2–4 Years of experience in IT Helpdesk / IT Support
- Healthcare/Hospital experience preferred

- ITIL Certification
- NABH Hospital Experience
- Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Basic Networking & Server Knowledge
Working Conditions:
- Day Shift with extended hours if required
- Support for 24x7 hospital operations
