Job Responsibilities:
· Make Cold Calls, Emails, LinkedIn Approaches to Generate Leads.
· Attend Virtual/F2F discovery meetings & Build a Sales Funnel working with Sales Manager and take ownership of the opportunity.
· Understand client requirements, present tailored IT services/solutions, and handle all follow-ups to pre and post deal closure.
· Coordinate with the support and logistics teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
· Ability to build and manage strong relationships with IT decision-makers.
· Collaborate with OEM partners to fulfil business requirements and support client solutions.
· Strong accountability for achieving sales targets.
· Responsible for managing assigned key accounts and working on leads shared by the Sales Manager. The role focuses on bringing in new business opportunities (NBO) across sectors such as IT/ITES, BFSI, Education, Hospitality, Healthcare, Aviation, Telecom, Manufacturing, and others, aligned with monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, forecasts, and key metrics to sales manager.
Skills And Experience Required.
- 4-8 years experience in New Business Development & Partnerships Development roles.
- 2+ years experience at IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Solutions & IT Services Exp for End user Device sales, Enterprise Device Sales or IT Hardware Sales (Must have).
- A proven track record as a highly successful, professional salesperson having B2B sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and enterprise deal-closing skills.
- Familiarity and ease with IT Hardware Devices of End users and Enterprises.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google, and MacOS, and any other CRM tools.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English would be required.
