Role Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Executive with expertise in Zoho to join our team full-time. This is an on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The IT Executive will be responsible for managing IT operations, offering technical support, troubleshooting issues, administering networks, and ensuring the optimization and smooth functioning of Zoho applications and other IT systems. The role requires effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to enhancing IT processes.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical Support
- Knowledge of Network Administration and IT Operations
- Proficiency in Information Technology systems and tools
- Expertise in Zoho platforms and solutions is mandatory
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Ahmedabad
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Relevant certifications in IT or network administration are a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
