Position: IT Executive/Sr Executive
Department: Information Technology
Location: Powai – HO or Bhiwandi
Reporting To: Head of IT
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IT to oversee and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems, managing software and hardware, supporting business applications (such as WMS, TMS, ERP), and coordinating with internal teams and vendors for system improvements and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management
- Manage company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, computers, and security systems.
- Ensure proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
2. System & Application Management
- Manage business applications like WMS, TMS, ERP, or other operational systems.
- Coordinate with software vendors for development, bug fixes, and system enhancements.
- Ensure smooth system integration between different platforms.
3. Data Management & Security
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes.
- Monitor system access and maintain user roles and permissions.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices.
4. User Support
- Provide technical support to internal teams.
- Resolve system-related issues faced by operations, finance, and warehouse teams.
- Conduct user training for new systems and software.
5. Vendor & Project Management
- Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements.
- Lead IT projects like system implementation, upgrades, and automation.
6. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and IT policies.
- Ensure compliance with company IT standards and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration
- Experience with WMS / TMS / ERP systems
- Database knowledge (SQL, data management)
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Vendor management experience
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT operations or IT management
Preferred Experience
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management systems
- Experience handling system integration projects
