💼 We’re Hiring: IT Executive (IT & Infrastructure)
📍 Noida (Sector 62) | 💼 WFO (On-site)
⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred | 6 Days Working | Rotational shifts
🎯 Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sr. IT Executive with 3-4 years of experience in managing IT operations within a call center environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, supporting users, ensuring system uptime, and handling day-to-day IT operations related to desktops, networks, telephony, and applications.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure & Support
• Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Call Center IT Operations
• Support dialer systems, softphones, headsets, and IP telephony.
• Monitor and maintain CRM/application accessibility for agents.
• Handle basic troubleshooting for VoIP, SIP, PRI, and call routing issues.
• Coordinate with telecom vendors and internet service providers for issue resolution.
• Ensure minimum downtime during operational hours.
Network & Security
• Monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewall devices.
• Perform routine system health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Manage Active Directory, Firewall, and VPN-related activities.
• Monitor internet bandwidth and uptime.
Monitoring & Documentation
• Prepare daily IT health reports and incident logs.
• Coordinate with vendors for AMC, procurement, and repairs.
• Support IT audits and compliance requirements.
Required Skills
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IP Telephony, Dialers, and Call Center infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Zabbix, Grafana, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services will be an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, ITIL, or equivalent will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in a BPO/Call Center IT support environment.
• Experience handling environments with 100+ users.
• Experience with CRM support, dialers, and network troubleshooting.
• Exposure to CCTV, biometric, and access control systems will be an added advantage.
