Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Executive based in Anand. The IT Executive will handle daily troubleshooting, provide technical support, and manage IT operations. Responsibilities also include overseeing network administration and ensuring the seamless performance of IT systems. The candidate will address technical issues, improve system performance, and contribute to maintaining a robust IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
- Experience in Network Administration and configuring network systems
- Strong understanding of Information Technology fundamentals and best practices
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support non-technical staff
- Asset management & routine office administration management
- Experience working in the education or immigration consultancy sector is an advantage
