The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting Dermatouch’s IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user requirements. This includes installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT hardware/software, user account management, IT asset tracking, and ensuring data security. The role also involves supporting internal teams with IT tools (such as email, CRM, and cloud-based applications) to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, and maintain user accounts in Active Directory, Zoho, and other business applications.
• Provide required access permissions and manage hardware allocation for new employees.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, Zoho Email, Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and other company-specific software.
• Provide IT training and guidance to new users on policies and tools (onsite & remotely).
• Manage, configure, and monitor firewalls, antivirus systems, and backups to ensure data security.
• Oversee CCTV monitoring, networking devices, and IT peripheral inventory.
• Support and troubleshoot network issues, printers, and hardware upgrades.
• Act as the first point of contact for IT support queries via ticketing tools or direct communication.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues (hardware/software/network) for employees across offices and remote locations.
• Procure, maintain, and track IT assets including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Maintain up-to-date records of IT hardware and software licenses.
• Ensure IT policies and security protocols are followed across the organization.
• Maintain regular backups and prepare IT reports/documentation as required.
