Experience: 2–3 Years (Relevant IT Experience)
Qualification
Diploma / Degree in
Information Technology / Computer Science / related IT field
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Handling server-related issues and maintenance
- Managing internet and network connectivity
- Software installation, configuration, and updates
- Managing cloud systems and data backup
- Handling biometric access systems
- Managing DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) setup and issues
- Ensuring smooth functioning of overall IT infrastructure
Skills Required
- Strong troubleshooting ability
- Knowledge of server management, networking, and cloud backup
- Experience handling DSC and biometric devices
- Ability to resolve IT issues efficiently
