IT Executive – Atmantan Wellness Centre

Your Purpose at Atmantan
You are the bridge between technology and tranquility.
While guests disconnect to reconnect with themselves, you ensure that everything behind the scenes remains seamlessly connected—secure, reliable, and efficient.
You will work closely with every department—Front Office, Wellness Doctors, Therapists, F&B, and HR—ensuring that their tools and systems support a flawless, integrated guest journey.
Your Core Responsibilities
1. Guardian of Seamless Operations
You ensure that every system—from booking to billing—works like a silent orchestra.
- Maintain and optimize PMS platforms such as Opera PMS or IDS Next
- Keep networks, servers, and connectivity stable across the entire retreat
- Prevent downtime before it happens through proactive monitoring
2. Enabler of Integrated Wellness Journeys
Atmantan is not a conventional hotel—it is a curated wellness experience.
- Ensure systems connect medical consultations, nutrition plans, and therapy schedules
- Support digital wellness records while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy
- Enable smooth coordination between doctors, therapists, and operations teams
3. Protector of Guest Experience
Guests should never “feel” technology—but always benefit from it.
- Deliver uninterrupted, high-quality Wi-Fi across the property
- Maintain in-room digital experiences (IPTV, telephony, smart systems)
- Ensure fast response to any guest-facing IT concern
4. Custodian of Security & Trust
In a wellness environment, trust is everything.
- Safeguard sensitive guest health and personal data
- Ensure robust cybersecurity, backups, and access controls
- Support compliance frameworks and audit readiness
5. Partner to People & Culture
Technology is only as effective as the people who use it.
- Train teams to confidently use PMS and operational systems
- Provide quick, empathetic support to all departments
- Simplify technology for non-technical users
6. Driver of Continuous Improvement
You don’t just maintain systems—you evolve them.
- Identify smarter, more efficient technology solutions
- Work with vendors and partners to upgrade infrastructure
- Contribute to digital innovation within the wellness journey
Who You Are

- You understand hospitality operations, not just technology
- You anticipate issues before they arise
- You remain calm under pressure and act with precision

What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality IT (hotels, resorts, or wellness retreats)
- Strong hands-on experience with PMS systems like Opera PMS or IDS Next
- Knowledge of networks, servers, guest systems, and integrations
- A mindset that values experience over just execution
