Role Description
We are seeking a results-oriented IT, ERP, and Digital Transformation Head to lead our technology initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. The role involves managing and optimizing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, overseeing IT operations, ensuring robust network security, and driving digital transformation strategies across the organization. The candidate will also provide leadership to IT teams, ensure seamless integration of new technologies, and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Expertise in IT Infrastructure management, enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, and systems integration.
- Proven experience in AI technologies, machine learning applications, and leveraging data analytics for business insights.
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation strategies, process optimization, and change management.
- Project management and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to liaise with diverse insights.
