Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Engineer located in Delhi. The IT Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining network security, providing technical support, and ensuring optimal functionality of IT infrastructure. The role requires collaboration with the internal team to manage system updates, troubleshoot technical problems, and sustain seamless networking services.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
- Proven expertise in Information Technology systems and tools
- Experience with Networking and Network Security to design and implement secure and reliable networks
- Ability to diagnose and address system performance issues effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic on-site environment
