This is a full-time remote role for an IT Engineer. The IT Engineer will handle day-to-day technical operations including troubleshooting, providing technical support, ensuring network security, and maintaining IT systems. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Proficiency in Information Technology and Technical Support
- Experience with Network Security and ability to implement security protocols
- Skilled in Networking and maintaining IT infrastructure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or other relevant credentials are a plus
