Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site IT Engineer role located in Gurugram. The IT Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure seamless IT operations. Daily tasks will include managing network security, maintaining IT infrastructure, and addressing technical issues to minimize disruptions. The IT Engineer will also work closely with the team to ensure the stability, efficiency, and security of all technology-related systems within Nitro Commerce.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
- Expertise in Information Technology and Networking
- Proficiency in Network Security and ensuring IT infrastructure confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively
- Proven experience in managing and configuring IT systems and networks
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar are a plus
