About The Role
This is a full-time on-site role based in the Pune Division, designed for a versatile IT professional who can wear multiple hats. The position of IT Engineer – ERP Developer, Workflow Software Developer, and Digital Media Marketing Expert involves a combination of technical development, system maintenance, and digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ERP systems, enhancing workflow software, and ensuring the security and stability of our IT infrastructure. Additionally, the role requires working on digital media marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement online. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation, technical expertise, and strategic marketing skills.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in IT applications, including ERP development and workflow software tools.
- Experience in implementing and managing network security protocols to safeguard organizational data.
- Solid understanding of networking principles and maintaining IT infrastructure.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of digital media marketing strategies is considered an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Pune and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain ERP systems to meet organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
- Enhance and optimize workflow software to improve operational efficiency and automation.
- Implement and monitor network security measures to protect company data and prevent cyber threats.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly, providing technical support to end-users and staff.
- Manage and maintain networking systems, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks, ensuring reliable connectivity across the organization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital media marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and digital marketing techniques to continuously enhance organizational capabilities.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Participate in project planning and cross-departmental initiatives to support organizational growth and technological advancement.
