Job Overview
Engineer for IT systems and infrastructure at a junior team level
Essential Functions
- Assists in the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of internal and external computer hardware and software systems used for designing, developing and deploying company products.
- Provides hands on management for troubleshooting and maintaining dev, test and production environments across a large number of multi-tenant clients.
- Controls user access and passwords.
- Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
- Monitors usage and performance.
- Trains personnel on system usage.
- Primary focus on supporting internal/direct environments for IQVIA Health SaaS applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Pref
- 1 year of related experience
