Responsibilities
- Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems
- Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support
- Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems
- Negotiate and communicate with third-party software providers for new software's and troubleshooting
- ERP / project management infrastructure
- Server + cloud infrastructure
- Engineering software ecosystem
- PLC/HMI code repositories and backups
- BOM/data management
- Network + cybersecurity
- Vendor integrations
- Shop-floor connectivity
- AI/automation initiatives
- Process digitization
- User permissions + audit trails
- IT SOPs and disaster recovery
- Version control/document control
- Reporting dashboards and KPI visibility
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
- 12+ years of experience in related field
- Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
- Strong technical problem solving and communication skills
