We are looking for a hands-on IT & Digital Systems Executive to manage and maintain all technology, POS systems, digital communication tools, and payment infrastructure across our three restaurant outlets. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced hospitality environment and can troubleshoot issues quickly with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities
1. POS & Billing Systems
• Complete management of POS systems (preferably PET Pooja)
• Menu uploads, pricing updates, modifier management
• Creating reports (sales, inventory, KOT analysis, etc.)
• Managing integrations (Zomato, Swiggy, payment gateways, accounting software)
• Staff training on POS usage
• Immediate troubleshooting during service hours
2. Payment Systems & Swipe Machines
• Setup and maintenance of swipe/card machines
• UPI, QR, and payment gateway integration
• Coordination with banks/payment providers
• Ensuring daily settlement accuracy
• Handling chargeback documentation support
3. Internet & Network Infrastructure
• Managing internet connections across outlets
• Router, WiFi, LAN setup and maintenance
• CCTV coordination and maintenance
• Ensuring backup connectivity during outages
• Vendor coordination for hardware and AMC
4. WhatsApp & Digital Campaigns
• Managing WhatsApp Business platform
• Creating and executing broadcast campaigns
• Maintaining customer database
• CRM data management
• Basic campaign analytics and reporting
5. Hardware & IT Support
• Maintaining billing systems, printers, KOT printers
• Coordinating repairs and replacements
• Laptop/desktop troubleshooting
• Software installations and updates
• Data backups and system security
6. Restaurant Tech Optimization
• Suggesting improvements to streamline operations
• Managing cloud systems & data storage
• Supporting inventory & purchase system integrations
• Coordinating with third-party tech vendors
Requirements
• 2–5 years experience in restaurant or retail IT systems
• Strong knowledge of POS systems (PET Pooja preferred)
• Understanding of payment gateways & banking processes
• Basic knowledge of networking & hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and CRM tools
• Available for on-call support during operational hours
• Problem-solver with quick response time.
