Job Title: L1 Field Services Engineer (IT Desktop Support)

Location: Bangalore, India (Manyata Tech Park – Hebbal/Nagawara)

Start Date: 25th May 2026

Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled L1 Field Services Engineer to provide on-site IT support for our client project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in desktop support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site desktop support for hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
  • Support Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
  • Perform installation, configuration, and deployment of IT equipment
  • Handle user account management (Active Directory, password resets, access issues)
  • Manage IT assets and inventory
  • Provide AV/conference room support as needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalation
  • Support migration and refresh projects
  • Participate in planned weekend support activities (Hands & Feet support)

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in IT Desktop Support / Field Services
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environment
  • Experience with Active Directory and ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Basic understanding of network troubleshooting
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
  • Ability to work independently in an on-site role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise IT environments
  • Knowledge of SCCM / Intune / device management tools
  • Prior experience in field support roles

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time onsite role
  • Weekend support may be required (planned in advance)
  • Immediate joiners preferred
