About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and manage IT service delivery for clients in the Manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence across engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects and services for manufacturing sector clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee project planning, execution, resource allocation, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and project managers to drive successful implementations.
- Monitor delivery performance, risks, and escalations, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, and proposal development when required.
- Build and manage high-performing delivery teams across multiple engagements.
- Ensure adherence to delivery processes, governance frameworks, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency within delivery functions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing IT delivery for manufacturing industry clients.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, digital transformation, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Experience managing large programs, multiple projects, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent client management, stakeholder communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
