About The Role
The IT Cost and Contract Analyst, reporting to the Project and Portfolio Manager, is responsible for proactively managing, analysing and optimising IT spend across the organisation. Working closely with Global IT leadership, Procurement and Finance, the role ensures that technology costs are transparent, controlled, and aligned to business value.
This role will act as the central point of insight for IT commercial performance, supporting informed decision‑making through robust analysis of contracts, vendors, licences and consumption trends, and driving continuous improvement in cost efficiency and contractual outcomes.
What You’ll Do
IT Cost Management & Analysis
- Maintain end to end visibility of IT spend across vendors, contracts, services and cost categories (e.g. cloud, software, infrastructure, services).
- Analyse actual vs budgeted IT spend, identifying variances, trends, risks and optimisation opportunities.

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:
- Experience in an IT cost management, contract management, commercial analyst or financial analyst role.
- Strong analytical capability, with confidence working across complex datasets and financial models as well as using tools including Microsoft Excel and PowerBI
- Experience managing or analysing IT contracts, licences or vendor agreements.
