Project Management Assistant

The ITC production team is composed of members from junior to senior, working with different strengths. In a dynamic, multi-project, and multi-timeline environment, ITC needs someone with skills to liaison with our team in order to constantly improve our team, our processes, and our delivery. ITC being one of the leadin* independent Tech Agencies, you will meet with many CEOs, CSOs, CMOs, CTOs, have the chance to build a strong network and influence their digital transformation process and ITC path in the same way.

Responsibilities

Assist with Project Management team about daily work

Assist with overall user story and scope writing

Assist with communication with design team

Help for time tracking and assignments

Assist to improve satisfaction from existing clients

Assist with content insertion, meeting minutes, etc.,

Assist with the quality testing and assurance

Requirements

Must have:

• Able to commit 4 days per week in Shanghai office(nice to be 5 days) , over 3 months
• Excellent attention to details / detailed-oriented
• Ability to “translate” complex technology process / concepts into meaningful solutions that address business needs
• Proficiency in English and Chinese communication skills
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with a positive demeanor
• Email usage, both Google and MSOffice experience
• Quick learner, adaptive to difficult digital concepts and workflows
• Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Versatile and open to different tasks & roles depending on the team’s needs
• Great team player, positive attitude with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced digital industry
• Passionate about Technology, Digital Transformation, eCommerce, Marketing Automation, and other digitalization trends in China & Asia markets
  
  

Nice To Have

• Computer science background or Digital transformation background
• Open Source technical background preferred;
• Understanding of some if not all: Laravel, ReactJS, React Native, Javascript, HTML/CSS, Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, will be a huge plus;
• Project Management methodologies understanding: Agile, Waterfall or tailor made;
  
  

Additional language (French, Chinese…);

• UI/UX understanding and vision.
• Able to connect the dots with your interest and work.
• Eagerly seeking opportunities in the field of software development, with a strong preference for roles that involve designing and building software solutions would be plus point.
