Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fresher IT Consultant, based in our office in Delhi, India. The IT Consultant will assist in providing technical support, implementing IT solutions, and analyzing business requirements to develop customized strategies. The role involves working closely with senior consultants on client projects, conducting troubleshooting, and ensuring the effective delivery of IT services. The consultant will also contribute to identifying improvements in IT systems and support business decision-making through data analysis and technical insights.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Technology and IT Consulting
- Proven Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of Consulting practices and project management
- Technical Support skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact effectively with clients
