We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Computer Graduates (Freshers) who are interested in building their career in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
Position:
IT Recruiter / Associate Recruiter – Freshers
Shift ;- Night Shift
Location: Amritsar only
Experience: Freshers
Qualification:
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc IT / MBA HR / Any Graduate
- 2024 / 2025 / 2026 pass-outs can apply
Skills Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, Naukri, and internet search
- Strong learning attitude and confidence
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and databases
- Screen resumes according to client requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and interview scheduling
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
- Learn different IT technologies and recruitment processes
- Work on permanent and contract IT requirements
- Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining
Preferred:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Basic knowledge of US IT Recruitment
