Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bhubaneswar for an IT Compliance Analyst. The IT Compliance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the organization adheres to IT regulations and standards, conducting regular audits, and implementing compliance policies. Daily tasks include monitoring IT systems for adherence to security protocols, reviewing compliance documentation, and coordinating with other teams to address technical issues. The role also involves providing technical support, resolving IT-related incidents, and collaborating with stakeholders for consistent compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify gaps and ensure compliance with IT regulations
- Experience in Information Technology, including system management and compliance tools
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to address and mitigate issues
- Excellent Communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams
- Understanding of IT compliance frameworks, standards, and regulations
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or ITIL are desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
