Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role located in Visakhapatnam for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and formulating business strategies to help achieve corporate objectives. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, crafting proposals, supporting project management activities, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and nurture client relationships
- Proficiency in business planning and strategy development
- Experience in project management and the ability to support end-to-end business processes
- Sales expertise with a proven ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in IT services or solutions is a plus
