What You Will Do
In this role, the person will be reporting to the IT Director - ERP Transformation, working on various projects across the enterprise. He or she will be responsible for the quality and timeline of the integration work in projects.
How You Will Do It
- Lead functional workstreams across the Procure-to-Pay cycle (Procurement, Purchasing, Sourcing, iProcurement, Supplier Portal, Accounts Payable, Payments).
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze current processes, and design Oracle ERP solutions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams eg integrations, reports, extensions, and workflow enhancements.
- Oversee system configurations, testing, data validation, and user training.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
- Provide leadership in workshops, solution walkthroughs, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders for design approval sessions.
- Support data migration activities for suppliers, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and change management to business users.
- Provide post-go-live support and lead process stabilization efforts.
- Mentor and guide functional consultants and coordinate with technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Projects, HR, IT) to ensure seamless integration across modules.
- Manage issue resolution, enhancement requests, and system upgrades/patches.
- Act as subject matter expert for Oracle Procure-to-Pay (PTP) modules during transformation programs, implementations, and support.
- Reviewing and approving all deliverable work products prior to delivery to customers
- Influences senior business leaders on business process improvement and data quality.
- Collaborates with ePMO Program Managers.
- Collaborates with Global Infrastructure Architects
- Support solution operations leader to improve reliability and efficiency.
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- Preferred 15+ years of Oracle ERP functional experience, with strong expertise in PTP processes, including at least 5 years in a lead role.
- Preferred experience Oracle ERP Implementation in Installation and Service Industry
- Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and/or Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.
- Proven experience in full lifecycle Oracle procure to pay implementations and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, including requisitioning, purchase orders, supplier management, invoice processing, approvals, and payments
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities to technical as well as business audience
- Experience leading workshops, UAT sessions, and training end-users.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 5 year of experience leading projects in an onsite/offshore model
- Experience working with customers to gather requirements and defining the solutions for small and large projects

Preferred Skills
- Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement modules: Self Service Procurement, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Portal, Payables, Payments, Expenses.
- Knowledge of integration points with Inventory, General Ledger, and Projects.
- Familiarity with reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior consultants.
