Are you natural at connecting with people and closing deals?
We're looking for a dynamic IT Business Development Specialist who thrives on building relationships and converting prospects into loyal clients.
Experience: Interns/Trainee to 2 years of Experience in IT Services Sales (Business Development)
RESPONSIBILITIES
• You'll spend time on platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn, finding businesses that genuinely need what we do. Not just anyone but the right ones.
• You'll write proposals that sound like you, not a robot. Clients should feel like they're talking to a real person who actually read their brief.
• You'll chat with potential clients, dig into what they're really trying to solve, then loop in our team to figure out how we can help.

• You'll follow up (without being annoying), build relationships (not just contacts), and close deals that feel good for everyone.
• You'll keep existing clients happy because, honestly, they're the ones who refer us to others.
• And you'll keep your eyes open for what's happening in the market, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help us stay ahead.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS (MUST-HAVE)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field
• Expert in lead generation on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn & B2B platforms. You know these platforms inside-out
• Fluent English communication skills (both written & verbal)
• New Business Development expertise, creating and executing go-to-market strategies
• Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities, data-driven decision making
• Master negotiator with exceptional communication & persuasion skills
• Self-starter who thrives independently and collaborates seamlessly with teams
• Tech industry background is a plus
