Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Solutions Sales Specialist to drive sales growth by promoting software products, IT services, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation offerings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, relationship management, and business development skills with the ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable technology solutions.
This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client engagement to solution presentation and successful deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, references, and field sales activities.
- Promote company IT services, software products, SaaS solutions, and digital offerings to potential clients.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions with clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams for client requirements and project onboarding.
- Maintain CRM updates, sales reports, and pipeline tracking.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, software solutions, SaaS products, or technology sales.
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and close sales deals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking processes.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Prior experience in IT sales, software sales, SaaS sales, or technology consulting is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud solutions, AI-based products, ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications will be an added advantage.
