We’re Hiring: IT Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services Sales.
iCore Software Systems Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in IT Services & B2B Sales.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns & networking
✅ Drive new client acquisition & build strong business relationships
✅ Understand client requirements & coordinate with technical teams
✅ Prepare technical & commercial proposals
✅ Negotiate pricing & close deals successfully
✅ Manage complete sales cycle (Prospecting → Closure)
✅ Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
🔹 Candidate Profile:
✔ 2–4 years of experience in IT Services Sales
✔ Strong B2B sales & business development background
✔ Experience in Web, Mobile, AI, CRM, or Custom Software services
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ Target-oriented with consistent performance record
