Hooc AI Technologies Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. We are looking for individuals who are confident in client communication, lead generation, sales conversions, and relationship management within the IT services industry.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable engaging with business owners, startups, SMEs, and enterprises to understand their technology requirements and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, and networking channels
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients and understand their business requirements
• Pitch IT services including Custom Software Development, AI Solutions, SaaS Products, Mobile Applications, Web Development, and Digital Transformation Services
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial discussions
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain sales pipelines
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements
• Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, opportunities, and conversions
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, SaaS Sales, or Software Services Sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in lead generation and client conversion
• Confidence in cold calling and conducting client meetings
• Understanding of software development services and technology solutions
• Ability to independently manage the sales funnel and close deals
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and sales outreach platforms is a plus
